New Ambulance "Barn"

posted Aug 28, 2013, 10:50 PM by Hugo Volunteer Fire Department
Thanks to generous donations from Wiepking-Fullerton Energy and several others, the Hugo VFD has been able to construct a new ambulance barn.  Due to recent equipment acquisitions--Hugo Rescue and Hugo Fire 6--the department needed to expand its capacity in order to properly shelter our equipment.  This structure will permit our department to store all vehicles (even the tanker) indoors as well as provide much needed storage room for emergency medical supplies.  The new building is located behind (north) of the current building on property generously donated by the Town of Hugo.
